Sous Vide is a culinary technique in which a vacuum-sealed food is immersed in a water bath and cooked at a very precise, consistent temperature.
When cooking with the Sous Vide method meats, fish and vegetables retain more nutritional components than compared to grilled meats, fish and vegetables.
